About Trinka

When deciding to transition into the mortgage lending industry in 1987 after nearly 10 years of prior experience as a banking professional for Ramona Savings, Santa Barbara Savings & Home Fed. Her son, Brian Sipes, followed in her footsteps and joined her as a business partner in 2004.

Their clients appreciate the team's ability to close transactions on time or before the close of escrow, their transparent communication with the people they serve, and the relationships they make with their clients that start with business and turn into lifelong friendships.
