About David

I’ve been in the mortgage industry for 36 years. I am honored to serve you with your home loan needs. My goal is to help my clients have a simple and stress-free home buying or refinance experience. Whether this is your first home, 10th investment property, or a refinance, I find solutions where others can’t.

I’m a graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University with a BA in Aeronautical Science along with receiving my commercial pilot and multi engine rating. I am proud to have served as a Marine Corps Reservist in their PLC program while I attended College.

My personal life has blessed me with four adult sons, a daughter still in High School and three grandsons. My wife Sharon and I reside in a great neighborhood in Simi Valley, Ca. where we have a horse, three dogs, a bearded dragon and one fish who’s about 18 years old. I absolutely LOVE animals.

I’ve coached over 60 different youth athletic teams and volunteer at our local high school. I enjoy boating with my family, going on cruises, riding my bike and being in the gym. I also like working with my hands doing household projects and working on cars.

I live my life by one simple phrase, “Each Day is a Gift.”
