CEO Brian Troop has assembled a seasoned team from his extensive career in real estate and mortgage lending industries to build a lean business at an ideal time in the market. Mr. Troop has over 30 years of experience in real estate and mortgage lending and servicing.

Much of the team worked together previously at Calabasas Funding Corporation or “CFC Mortgage”. CFC Mortgage was a highly successful mortgage banker for approximately 20 years.

Building off its success and wealth of experience, Customer Service Mortgage Corporation or CSMC Mortgage was established in January 2017. CSMC has built an exceptional panel of experienced management team members and operational staff members that not only bring knowledge of the market, but also bring relationships that prove to serve beyond the call of duty.
